The objective of RGCSM is to impart basic information about necessity of computer literacy in various field, with quality knowledge in very affordable fees with cost free course material to help a major aspirant to participate in making Hi-Tech India. RGCSM also decided to invite Indian to participate in making Hi-Tech India Movement in very high enthusiasm. The Motto of mission is 'IT FOR ALL BY 2020'

Acquiring Focus

Any rural IT intervention, which also claims to become self sustainable, will have to grapple with hard realities prevailing at the ground level. The point of intervention has chosen carefully. Rather than focusing on Developed or software exporter cities and towns, the intervention should concentrate on block level, panchayat level & district level.

Technology has been advancing at an incredible pace and as organizations worldwide fight to keep pace with this change, there has been an enormous demand for skilled professionals thrown up that has far exceeded its supply. With increasing levels of automation cutting across industry barriers, recruiters today look for computer qualification as a minimum skill set to effectively manage change in the fiercely competitive environment. To leverage this opportunity effectively and take up the challenge of an exciting global software career, you need to start working towards it today. Unemployment as a hydra headed monster slowly eating away the social fabric resulting into chaos in social order. Youngsters, after huge investment in their studies are it be Engineering, Medicine or any other course, still not able to get a suitable employment. As the initial investment is comparatively lower than the industry standard, this gives a golden opportunity to youngsters who would like to start their business in cities, district headquarters, and subdivisions or in block level.

Objective of RGCSM

As the project mainly aims at creating computer awareness among the people, there is neither age nor qualification restrictions. Any aspirant for school students to executives, employees, housewives and all who would like to give their future a new turn can apply for this program. Admission will be strictly on first-come-first-serve basis.
Today every conscious Indian citizen whether he is employed, self employed or an housewife would like to become a computer literate. But because of high cost he/she is not able to perceive proportionate benefits to invest to become a computer literate. On other hand, he/she does not go to the friendly neighborhood computer centre, even if the course fees is low as he/she is not confident of getting quality education.

RGCSM duty towards Authorized Business Associates

Other than giving you the initial support required to establish a centre, RGCSM will provide following responsibilities to our ASC

• Newspaper Advertisement for Admission
  • RGCSM keeps on releasing time to time advertisements in leading newspaper of various states to generate student enquiries & promote admission, but not boundation in publication by H.O. At the same time ASC will have to make their Local Promotion by Banner/ Posters/Newspaper Advt. etc. All such advertisement will carry your name and address .as well as H.O Address with RGCSM mono. Free counseling kit, sample copy of Banner /Pamphlets will be provided by H.O to promote our facilities & qualities to the student for our better business.
• Up to date Course Design and their Break-upsadaisy
  • As per demand & change in technologies day by day RGCSM will provide you module-wise course design and their break-ups for theory and practical sessions to help your faculties to teach effectively.
• Printed Course Material for Students
  • To every enrolled student of RGCSM will be provided printed course material for their respective selection of courses. The students can choose their courseware in English / Hindi medium .Which will be absolutely free to them.
• Mode of Examination
  • RGCSM will provide question papers to all our students for their semester and final examinations. The examinations will be totally conducted by our ASC & their evaluation will be done at H.O.
